Yahoo and Twitter have newly formed a major declaration to inform their users that the search engine supplier and social media web site are going to be functioning collectively. For users of Yahoo and Twitter, this proclamation implies that you are able to obtain tweets from a few of Yahoo’s most exploited sites, including the Yahoo home page. Also getting the tweets, Twitter users will likewise have the ability to alter their status, and post brand-new tweets from the Yahoo sites.

In addition to the ability to access your Twitter account from Yahoo web sites, Yahoo will also incorporate tweets into their search engine results as well. The two companies have said that this partnership will begin right away, but it is expected to take several months for the changes to be fully implemented. Yahoo and Twitter users should expect to see all of these new features in place by the end of the year.

Almost all experts think that the collaboration between Yahoo and Twitter comprises a direct answer of the Bing and Google collaboration that was declared late last year. Yahoo had already declared a like collaboration with Facebook last year, and the party hopes that these collaborations will serve to improve their standing in the rivalry with the different major search engines.

Both Yahoo and Google upper management have refused to comment about the specifics of the deal, how much money was paid, or any other sort of compensation between the companies. Yahoo has previously stated that their deal with Facebook included no payments for at least the first five years of the deal, but there was no confirmation that Yahoo would have to make payments to Facebook after that.

Yahoo is aware of the reality that Google is presently the most popular search engine about the internet, and that their new business deal with Microsoft Bing, and the creation of Buzz, is going to make it yet more challenging for Yahoo to steal market share from Google. Among the strategies that Yahoo has acquired, in order to better their search engine market share, is to join forces with a few of the most popular social networking sites, suchlike Facebook and at present Twitter. Facebook and Twitter both have millions of users, and if a percent of these users change over to Yahoo, then the collaboration will be substantially worth it for the company. Only time will narrate, however, how this scheme runs down.
